MY MISSION

I founded Everyday Athlete with one mission , to make training accessible, energising and effective for everyone, anywhere, no matter your starting point.

I’ve always believed you don’t need a fancy gym or perfect conditions to get stronger, fitter and more confident. You just need the right coach, the right plan and the right attitude. AND THAT’S WHERE I COME IN!

FROM ATHLETE TO EVERYDAY COACH

With over 8 years of hands-on experience in the fitness industry. I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life, from busy parents and corporate teams to weekend warriors and first time exercisers.

I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Coach with a real desire and passion for helping people unlock their potential, one session at a time. My approach blends Functional Training, real-world results and a no nonsense attitude.

The ‘Everyday Athlete’ philosophy is about consistency, progress and showing up for YOURSELF, wherever you are, whatever your goal.
